The Story

Engraving is a printmaking technique in which every intervention leaves an irreversible mark. In this work, the metal plate was carefully etched with acid in a controlled and minimal manner to create a refined linear structure. The resulting subtle tonal transitions and rich textures emphasize the timeless silhouette of Nefertiti while revealing the patience, precision, and technical discipline inherent in the engraving process.
